Our Team
Karl Strimbold
Karl grew up on a farm west of Burns Lake. I graduated from LDSS and attended UNBC where I received a degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biochemistry in 2007. Karl attended UNB law school in Fredericton and graduated in 2011. Karl was first called to the bar in 2012 in Ontario. Called to the British Columbia bar in 2014, Karl has practiced in Burns Lake ever since. First, he practiced under Warren Chapman before taking over the practice in January of 2016.
In his spare time Karl loves spending time with his family, playing sports, coaching basketball, and enjoying the outdoors.
Shauna Mellen
Shauna Mellen has been working in the legal field in Burns Lake for 12 years. She is also our legal aid intake worker.
